Then all you have to do is SHOW UP.

Let's do this!
~~~Oh wait.....what's the Stuffology Lab again?
Here's the 411:
The Stuffology Lab us a community centric, support driven, mono tasking, decluttering & organizing platform.
Okay, tell me more..
Wait, first...a little bit of background.
I've been doing organizing/decluttering work since I was 19 years old. (That's a long time.)
There’s something I’ve been noticing over the decades that’s been super intriguing to me.
It’s about how people don’t get help when it comes to clutter clearing and organizing.
Why is that?
Even the most well-meaning people, the ones who want and need to do this work…they often have such a hard time getting after it and an even tougher time getting help when they’re stuck.
NO blame going on here, I totally get it! Why?
Because I know that doing this work is way more than just going through your stuff.
• It can be so emotional.
• It's overwhelming as heck.
• We truly think and believe that we should be able to do it ourselves but then...we don't.
That got me thinking...because I know so many of you want to:
• Get after that garage you can't park in
• Have the guest room to be a usable, friendly guest room
• Desire to feel less burdened by mysterious boxes of pictures, letters, memorabilia galore
I hear you!!
So, an idea came to me.
~What if we did it together. You, me and other people struggling with clutter and organization.
~What if we did it online, as a community. With compassion and curiosity. A little bit at a time.
~How life altering would that be?
And that's how the Stuffology Lab was born.
Okay, back to the 411!
The Stuffology Lab. That sounds pretty cool but what is it exactly?
The Stuffology Lab is where you can go, right from your very own home, and work via Zoom on your decluttering and organizing projects.
I'll personally host the LIVE Stuffology Lab via Zoom. My job is to guide you along as your SME (subject matter expert) Stuffologist.
I'll get you going and provide structure and tools to help you make headway. And I'll be cheering you, from my screen to yours!
At the start, we'll circle up & connect with one other. Next, for about 10 minutes, I'll teach a Stuffology concept and then, together, we'll spend the rest of the hour working away.
How cool is that?
At the end of the session we'll share what came up—the good, the bad, the great, or how the struggle is oh so real.
Want to come to the Lab? Reach out to me and tell me what dates you're interested in and I'll send you my venmo info. When you've paid, I'll then send you the Zoom link. So easy.
👉🏻Saturday, March 28th, 1pm PST
👉🏻Sunday, March 29th, 10am PST
👉🏻Wednesday, April 1st, 5pm PST
more dates coming....
A few more Q&A's to cover the bases!
Q: Who is the Lab for?
A: YOU! And maybe your Aunt, your messy partner, your adult kid that has filled your basement with stuff. Or perhaps you know someone else that really needs help with clutter and organization. Invite them to the Lab!
Q: When are the Stuffology Labs?
A: There are Labs throughout the month, on different days of the week and at various times to meet all kinds of schedules. Pop into one whenever you like. This isn't a series. It's a do-it at your own pace and at the times that works for you program.
Q: How much is it?
A: $20 per session. For a few months, I'll be in beta testing mode as I do this super soft relaunch. I'd also be very grateful if you'd be willing to provide me feedback and answer a short questionnaire.
Q: What to expect in the Lab?
A: I'll be there with you, LIVE, to guide you along via Zoom. We'll cirlce up & connect with one other at the beginning. I'll get us started with guidelines and a Stuffology concept . Then, we'll be ready to go! Together, with our cameras ON, we'll spend the rest of the hour working away.
You'll get guidance from me and can ask me questions during the session via the chat feature. At the end of the hour, we'll share successes or where we hit rough spots. Also, optional to stay on for an additional 10 minutes of Q&A.
My Stuffology Lab vision: Millions of people all around the globe getting after their clutter and creating organziatonal systems that work for them so that they truly love the home they live in.
Hi! 🤩 I'm pretty stoked about this, friends. I'm telling you, if you're at all interested in the topic of clutter, organization, and stuff—this podcast is for you.
Or say you're interested in the topic of consulting and coaching. this podcast episode is for you!
Hands down, this was truly my most well loved conversation about one of my favorite topics, Stuffology™. I owe that all to Roger Kastner who is a master information synthesizer and excellent at deep, penetrative conversations. Plus, he's just an incredibly cool guy. 😎
But how, you might be wondering, does Stuffology™ parlay with consulting and coaching? For one, they are both about finding the systems that uniquely work for you, that maximize your talents and who you are and how your thrive in your environment.
This episode is rich, fun, and all about how the home you live in impacts the life you live out in the world.
Would love to know what you think!
I love the Olympics! It is so inspiring. 💪🏼🥇❤️‍🔥 I cry & cry and Daisy 🐶 tries to comfort me because she thinks I'm upset but I'm not upset I'm just so moved by what these athletes can do and THEN DO, under so much intensity that my heart explodes open!!!
This is by far one of my favorite Olympic moments, (so far, still so much to come.)
Sarah Sjoestroem from Sweden wins the gold. The thing is….she contemplated not even swimming this race! But her coach insisted.
THEN she goes on to say. “Also, I’ve been dreaming a few times that I will win. It’s almost like I was SEEING IT SOMEWHERE BEFORE that I was going to win the 100…”
WOAH.
People!
Just freakin' Wow.
Our thoughts, what we think, feel about and vision is so powerful! So literal. We live in this multiverse where what we think and see/vision (known or unknown to us) literally collapses into form. The body literally does not know the difference between what we are thinking and what is really happening. Food for thought.
Start the vid about 4 min in for the quick replay and interview.
