With the sun setting down quickly, we often feel the seasonal depression hitting in. But there's science involved in that! Our skin are able to synthesize vitamin D from the sun. With out getting much exposure towards sunlight, we are unable to make enough of Vitamin D, and symptoms of Vitamin D deficiency includes depression.
