We enjoyed the Pulled Pork Sliders — three slow-roasted pork shoulder sliders topped with homemade chipotle BBQ sauce, served with house slaw and a pickle.

We also had the house-made chicken tenders, seasoned perfectly, tender, and totally satisfying.

We began with a crispy, golden Korean pancake that set the perfect tone for the meal. Next came the tabletop grill, where we cooked our marinated meats to perfection—watching them sizzle and smelling the aroma was half the fun.
I love layering the banchan veggies and grilled onions onto my rice bowl, adding some grilled meat and a bit of fermented bean paste. As you eat, the rice absorbs all the flavors from the toppings—every bite is packed with delicious, savory goodness.

Korea House makes each visit feel special, whether you’re sharing plates or crafting your own flavorful bites at the grill. Yum!

Korea Pancake - Souffle style savory scallion pancake; crispy outside, pillowy inside, served with housemade tangy soy sauce.

Dwaeji Bulgogi - Spicy Pork - Korean BBQ marinated spicy pork.

We enjoyed the smoked wings and Dungeness crab cakes with our cocktails today. We’ve been here often and are never disappointed with our visits. Whether it’s appetizers or their creative entrées, we always leave happy and glad we stopped, when we're in Kingston.

Dungeness Crab Cakes — served with sesame ginger slaw, Sriracha aioli, and wasabi cream.

Smoked Wings — served with Sriracha Honey BBQ or habanero sauce, with house-made bleu cheese dressing.

Joe’s has been a beloved local landmark for nearly 100 years. Its generous cocktails are a huge draw for the many locals who frequent the bar, creating a truly authentic atmosphere.
The menu is filled with tempting dishes, and the front-of-house team is genuinely happy to see you.

We had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Maleny, who was professional, cheerful, and wonderfully laid-back. She is a fantastic representative of both the restaurant and the spirit of the town!

We ordered the Omaha—an open-faced tri-tip sandwich seasoned to perfection and incredibly tender. It was served with the best hand-cut fries, au jus, horseradish, and a fresh salad. Absolutely delicious!

We finished our meal with the best homemade pecan pie and house-whipped cream we have ever had. It was the perfect ending to our Santa Barbara visit. We will definitely be back!

Delicious PNW is taking a jaunt to Santa Barbara this week, and we’ll be reporting on the delicious discoveries along the way. Today’s standout is a fantastic twist on poke — fresh, vibrant, and beautifully balanced.

The deviled eggs were also eye rolling delicious, and the crispy maple pork belly really set them apart.

The Canary Hotel makes a wonderful home base while exploring Santa Barbara, and Finch & Fork delivers a memorable first taste of the city.

Outstanding food served here. We stopped in for some libations and gourmet small plates.
We enjoyed the spicy shrimp and wedge salad with our Old Fashion and Manhattan cocktails. The views of Lake Washington were sweeping from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
We finished with the Basil Lemon Cake, which may be the greatest dessert we have had in quite some time. Remarkably delicious!
