Executive Chef Luke Kolpin honed his craft at Canlis in Seattle and Noma in Copenhagen, he now works his magic at Cedar + Elm inside the beautifully restored St. Edward Lodge in Kenmore.
We enjoyed every course of our fantastic dinner and loved our time here last evening.
