This patient is 3 months post-op from an Otoplasty (ear pinning surgery). Her primary goals were to bring her ears closer to her head and establish better overall symmetry.

One of the most common questions we get regarding this procedure is about scarring. During an otoplasty, the incision is strategically placed entirely behind the ear, right in the natural crease. This means the surgical access point is incredibly difficult to detect. It is easily covered by hair, and even when your hair is pulled back, the scar is exceptionally discreet. Simply put: no one will know you had surgery unless you tell them.

At 3 months, her residual swelling has resolved, and her ears are beautifully settled into their permanent, symmetrical position.

This patient is 3 months post-op from her Mommy Makeover. While the term "Mommy Makeover" traditionally refers to a combination of breast and body procedures, the specific surgical plan is unique to every patient’s anatomy and goals.

For this patient her surgical plan included: Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) combined with Liposuction of the waist to contour the midsection. The incision is placed low, allowing it to be hidden within the underwear or bikini line. A Breast Augmentation with Lift (Mastopexy-Augmentation) to restore both volume and position.

At 3 months, she looks excellent, but internal healing is still underway. Mild swelling can persist for several months as the tissues fully settle and the scars mature.

This patient is 3.5 months post-op from a Breast Augmentation using 350cc Smooth Round Moderate Plus Silicone implants.

At this stage in recovery, the implants have begun to settle, but the final position is still developing. Over the next few months, the implants will continue to drop into the breast pocket as the pectoralis muscle relaxes and stretches to accommodate the new volume. This process allows for a softer, more natural slope and increased fullness in the lower pole.

Her results are already looking proportionate and natural, with final settling expected near the 6-month mark.
