Kyla has been active her whole life, but her interest in optimal physical functioning and wellness started after the birth of her first child. When the extra weight didn't just come off, she dove into learning about exercise and nutrition. She was impressed at the difference in her fitness level and recovery through her subsequent two pregnancies, thanks to regular physical activity and strength training. She's continued to educate herself over the years regarding the most effective and functional methods of training and fueling the body. Her years of experience as a midwife have added a deeper level of understanding about the effect that the way we use our bodies has on birth. She is passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals and regain optimal physical functioning after giving birth. Kyla enjoys doing aerial & partner acrobatics, hiking, and playing guitar, piano, & singing in her spare time.

Thomas & Kyla bring several years combined experience related to exercise and the physical body.

Thomas grew up as a martial artist and skateboarder. As he got older he got into mountaineering and traveled the world, and he practices circus arts. He is a massage therapist specializing in fascial work and structural re-balancing. He can train anyone from the person with serious pain issues to the elite athlete. His training is through Poliquin, The Chek Institute, and Muscle Nerds, to name a few.
