For the past 14 years, PENELOPE & The Beauty Bar has called the historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel home — and what an extraordinary journey it has been.

We opened our doors at 11:11am on 11/11/11. I can’t believe it has been 14 years.

Every day feels like a slumber party that never ends — full of inspiration and laughter and great friendships.

I am endlessly grateful for our incredible team, whose talent and spirit bring this place to life, and to our wonderful guests who trust us with their self-care and have become extended family to all of us.
