As we say farewell to our co-founder of REACH, Kelley Craig, who is retiring after 30 years of dedicated service and leadership, ETS is looking to fill big shoes for our next Vice President of REACH.

Even one death by overdose is too many. Though fentanyl-related overdoses have declined since their peak in 2023, they remain high as this extremely powerful synthetic opioid persists in the drug supply.

Changes to Medicaid and insurance eligibility are making it more difficult to access medication for , though exemptions exist for people experiencing addiction. Dr. Jamie Darnton, ETS's new Medical Director for Clinic Services, comments, "If it’s going to be onerous for patients and clinics to make use of that exemption, and if people will be at risk of losing their state insurance as a result, that really worries me."
