Blue Ridge Adult Family Home is a custom-designed easy access level home without steps or ramps where all residents live on one floor for optimal care, safety and socialization. No long term contract, entrance fee, damage deposit, or last month’s rent deposit. A flat monthly fee encompasses care, meals, and all other ADL needs. We offer full care for both Assisted Living and Rehabilitation clients. We have a full line of medical devices, Hoyer lifts, lift chairs, transfer poles, tube G.I., 3 motor electric lift beds, articulating w/chairs, pro rolling shower chairs and all other needs for residents. Our staff consists of CNAs and NACs. We have two caregivers during the day, along with night staff for 24 hour care. Live in Manager and the Provider/AFH owner for 20 years lives on site. Blue Ridge offers six private bedrooms (three with private courtyard entrances). Four bedrooms have private bathrooms and two have a private shared bathroom. All bathrooms have large ADA walk-in tile showers and fixtures. There is also a large main bathroom with level roll in shower.
