Slow, steady and a solid core. These are the tools I used during tonight’s work out at home. My inner thighs were already talkin to me thanks to morning workout.
My favourite routines are slow and steady, with a heat and intensity that slow build allowing my whole system to adjust. My mind is ready, it knows how to place my body to avoid injury. My body is ready, it’s been able to slow build and avoid surprises. My spirit is ready, because she knows I can do what I’m about to do. I used to be a CrossFit ju**ie, now, I’m comfortably at home with Pilates.
