There was a time I didn’t believe I was worth investing in.
Spending time, money, or energy on me felt selfish.
There was always someone else to take care of, something else to do, a reason to wait.
Underneath it all was a quiet belief that I didn’t deserve peace and that my worth came from how much I could endure.
For years I measured myself by output:
How hard I could work.
How much I could give.
How long I could go without breaking.
But eventually, my body started keeping score.
The fatigue. The anxiety. The brain fog.
I was doing everything “right,” and still felt wrong inside.
When I finally started investing in myself, it didn’t come from motivation… it came from pain.
I realized no one was coming to fix it for me.
So I began again -slowly.
Breathing differently. Moving intentionally.
Learning to rest instead of collapse.
And I discovered something no one had taught me:
Self-investment isn’t indulgence.
It’s integration.
It’s how you rebuild trust with yourself.
That’s why I built Fatigue to Fit.
Not just to help people look better, but to help them remember what they deserve.
Because when you finally believe you’re worth the effort, everything changes.
Your posture, your energy, your relationships - - - all of it.
The best investment I ever made wasn’t in a business or a plan.
It was in believing I was worthy of the life I wanted, and proving it one choice at a time.
