USFHP gives you first-class, quality civilian health services with same-day urgent care appointments and quick, seamless specialty referrals. It’s easy to enroll, and there are no strings attached. If you’re already enrolled in TRICARE®Prime you can switch to USFHP by simply filling out the DD Form 2826 application. Your coverage switches over the day we receive your application. If you are an Active Duty Family Member and currently covered under TRICARE®Prime, you can switch to USFHP by calling 1-800-585-5883. If new to TRICARE®Prime, your coverage starts the first day of the month if we receive your application and any applicable enrollment fees by the 20th day of the prior month.

🤒 Feeling under the weather? Here's when to call your provider or visit a clinic:

-Fever over 102°F (38.9°C) that doesn't improve with medication
-Persistent cough or shortness of breath
-Chest pain or pressure
-Severe sore throat or trouble swallowing
-Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea lasting more than 1–2 days
-Severe fatigue interfering with daily activities
-Dizziness, fainting, or signs of dehydration
-Worsening symptoms despite rest and over-the-counter care

If symptoms are sudden or severe, like difficulty breathing or chest pain, seek emergency care immediately.
