Our Story

Team Young

Matthew and Jeannie have been partners for over 10 years. They both graduated from Columbia College and several years later decided to study together to obtain their real estate licenses. By leveraging each other’s strengths, they make a creative, dynamic team. Jeannie’s business management and organizational skills pair beautifully with Matthew’s charismatic personality and marketing abilities.

Matthew has lived in Washington his entire life and has enjoyed growing up in a military household in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice Administration and a double minor in Sociology and Criminology. He comes from a solid sales and customer service background and has been in the real estate industry since 2006. His areas of focus began as a construction project administrator and on-site foreman in residential housing. At the turn of the real estate market in 2008, he became a contractor for real estate owned properties. With this experience, he became very knowledgeable regarding roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and doors.
