👀It’s easy to think that you’re “keeping yourself disiplined” or “holding yourself accountable”, but the reality is you’re just keeping yourself in the shame spiral!

The shame spiral is a cycle of negative self talk and shame. It can happen when you make a mistake, feel like you aren’t good enough, or are triggered by something.😔

Shame isn’t a motivater to change, it just keeps you in the cycle of putting yourself down.
