In the PNW it can be hard to say no during the summer.šŸ˜…

ā˜€ļøWhens the sun’s out, plans are nonstop, and the pressure to do it all is real.

Here’s a gentle reminder:

- It’s totally okay to spend time resting inside
- You dont have to go to every event
- Life doesn’t end when the summer does (it just gets a bit cozier)
- You aren’t ā€œmissing outā€ becuase your summer plans are different than someone elses
- Stay hydrated!!!
