Please join us in welcoming Madeline Roberts to the Simulab team as Inside Sales Representative, based at Simulab Headquarters in the Seattle area.

Maddie will serve as your inside representative for all Canadian provinces and the following states: AK, AL, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, ME, MI, MN, MS, MT, ND, NH, SD, TN, VT, WI, WV, WY.

Your Simulab Account Manager remains the same and continues to be fully committed to supporting you. Maddie will work alongside your Account Manager to assist with quotes, product information, and day-to-day needs.

Maddie joins us with a background in logistics and hospitality and is a graduate of Western Washington University. Her customer-focused approach and strong operational knowledge make her a valuable addition to our customer-facing team. Maddie has been training with our team and is well prepared to support your educational programs.

Mitch has joined Simulab as our Inside Sales Representative at our Seattle headquarters, bringing a unique blend of hospitality leadership (former Executive Chef!) and healthcare software experience to the role.
