TAKE ON THE KETTLEBILITY FEBRUARY GET UP CHALLENGE! Join us this February and get your strength and skill work done each day with one beautifully strong movement, the Turkish Get Up. Challenge yourself by performing 10 Get Ups for each of the 28 days of February! You can do them ๐๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐๐๐ง๐!
Challenge details:
โ๏ธ Start the GET UP CHALLENGE with a benchmark test: perform 10 Get Ups (5 on each side) with the load of your choice and make a note of what youโre able to do.
โ๏ธ For the next 27 days, you can do loaded Get Ups OR unloaded Get Ups, or a little of both ๐
โ๏ธ 5 total reps on your STRONG side, and 5 total reps on your STRONGER side each day ๐คฃ
โ๏ธ You can alternate sides OR do them all in a row then switch sides, or a combo of either ๐ in fact, each day you can pick a new way to get your Get Ups done ๐
โ๏ธ You can do them throughout the day OR all at once ๐ช
โ๏ธ There just is EVERY excuse to get them done each day, and when you do, you can note your progress on our online GET UP CHALLENGE BOARD! (go to our bio get the link)
โ๏ธ Post your work and use the hashtag AND tag us every time you complete your daily Get Ups and youโll be entered in to win a fun prize!
โ๏ธ END the GET UP CHALLENGE with the benchmark test again: perform 10 Get Ups (5 on each side) with the load of your choice and see how much has changed over the month!
