Our current art exhibition, "Art of the Noun," will be concluding this weekend! Shown is one of the pieces from this amazing show, Doug Keith's "Green Lake Trail." Doug has over forty years of experience in illustration, commercial art, fine art, and graphic design. His versatility and reputation for meeting tough deadlines earn him a wide range of projects including illustrated picture books, sculpting, museum exhibit installation, and fine art commissions. Our current art exhibition, "Art of the Noun," includes Gretchen Hansen's collage with acrylic gouache, "Chickadee." According to the artist, "Renoir and Morisot's impressionistic scenes were two early favorites. After discovering Chihiro Iwasaki’s picture books, I began my own watercolor impressions of children playing. Since then, my palette has expanded with sumi-e, acrylic gouache, collage, and oil painting."

Our current art exhibition, "Art of the Noun," continues and includes "My Eden" from Juliet Shen. Shen has resided in Seattle since 1983, where she owned an independent design firm and taught typography at Cornish College and the School of Visual Concepts. In 2012 she retired from design and returned to painting full-time. We'd love for you to come and visit the exhibition in person!
