The West Coast Meditation Tour will be passing through Seattle!

This event is for everyone! Parents, teens, and children are welcome.

Meditation is a life-changing tool that allows individuals to regulate their minds, thoughts, and stresses and connect with the joy that lives within. A group from around the world and country are traveling the West Coast, volunteering their summer to share the joy and empowerment that meditation brings to overcoming struggles and connecting to our potential. They are here to share their wealth of experience, connect with you, and hear about your own experiences.

Here’s what you’ll get out of this session:

- An overview of the value of meditation practices.
- 10 easy-to-follow techniques you can use at home to access your silence.
- Make connections with people who are passionate about the power of meditation and hearing their stories.
- Discover your own ability to harness the power of meditation to soothe the mind and relieve internal pressure.

Our Story

Free Meditation for Moms and child. Online Meditations Tap into your inner energy. Discover your hidden potential that can help you and your baby relax and re- energize. Free Meditation for Mom and Babies 0- 2 years Tap into your inner energy. Discover your hidden potential that can help you and your baby relax and re- energize. Beginners and all experience levels are welcome. We will have two sessions in a row. One for the babies, which includes music, hand movements, in a cozy and friendly environment. The second will be for the grown ups which will include tips on how to clear the unnecessary thoughts that make us tired and stressed. We will have volunteers on hand to guide you through meditation and answer any questions along the way. After the class, you are always welcome to bring a sack lunch, or snacks to share. We are located near Northgate.
