At WithinReach, we connect families to programs like SNAP, WIC, and local food resources so they don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. 🤝 And just as importantly, we provide a real person to talk to when the system feels overwhelming.

📢 Tomorrow, we’re launching our STAND UP STAND STRONG for Washington Families campaign to expand this work and reach more families across the state.

By weaving healthcare together with the Help Me Grow Washington network, we’re ensuring that when a provider sees a family in need, they have a trusted partner to help them navigate Basic Food (SNAP), WIC, and local food resources.

When we bridge the gap between the clinic and the community, Washington families thrive. 🤝

It’s a program you’ve already contributed to as a taxpayer, and using it strengthens both your health and the local economy! 💜

Don't miss Jackie Litzau's session on “the art of the referral,” where we’ll share practical strategies, scripting ideas, and partnership tools—alongside insights from Help Me Grow - Skagit Family Resource Center—to make referrals effective and supportive.

Help Me Grow Washington is supporting physicians by connecting patients to resources, from nutrition to housing, and will partner with the WSMA on a new grant-funded clinical QI effort. Physicians, physician assistants, and clinical teams are invited to join us in Chelan to learn more from the Help Me Grow team and the rest of our top-notch line-up of conference speakers. ORCA LIFT provides income-qualified riders with significantly reduced fares (often around $1 per ride) across many transit systems in the Puget Sound region.
