PT isn’t something you check off a list.

When you’re seeing the same person week after week — especially during post-op recovery or injury — a relationship naturally forms. That consistency builds trust. And trust changes outcomes.

Movement is personal.
Care should be too.

A couple days late, but the celebration continues 🧧✨

Happy Lunar New Year to our community. We’re welcoming the Year of the Horse with strength, momentum, and a little extra courage to chase what matters most.

Here’s to growth, resilience, and moving forward together 🐎❤️

Move better.
Feel better.
Live better.

We live in a world that talks a lot about bodies in numbers.
Body fat percentage.
Cutting season.
Bulking season.
More reps. More grind. More pressure.

But movement doesn’t have to be loud to be meaningful.

Here in Seattle, movement looks different.
It’s walking forest trails.
Golfing with friends.
Snow days that turn into lifelong memories.
Being outside. Being present. Being in your body without forcing it.

That’s why we see movement as a relationship.
One built on listening, trust, and consistency — not punishment.

Physical therapy isn’t about chasing aesthetics or pushing through pain.
It’s about helping you move in ways that support the life you want to live — whether that’s outdoors, on the slopes, on the course, or just feeling good in your everyday routines.

Less grind.
More connection.
More movement that actually makes you happy.

Recovery isn’t random.

Tissues and the nervous system respond best to repeated, well-dosed load followed by intentional rest.

PT works when consistency, recovery, and guidance work together.

✨ Meet Natalie Moncayo, PT ✨

We’re excited to welcome Natalie Moncayo to the Renew Physical Therapy team at our Rainier Ave clinic.

Natalie brings over 8 years of physical therapy experience and a strong curiosity for continued learning as she works toward developing her specialty within PT. She’s especially looking forward to supporting the community she lives in and growing in a clinic that truly values education, collaboration, and thoughtful care.

Outside the clinic, Natalie is usually snowboarding, hiking, paddleboarding, enjoying a Seattle summer, or spending time with her dogs, Zorro and Mia. Fun fact: she’s terrified of needles… but has four tattoos. She also trekked the Perito Moreno Glacier in Argentina last summer, which honestly tracks.

Natalie officially starts February 17 and will be part-time at our Rainier Ave location. If you’re looking for Seattle physical therapy that helps you move better, feel better, and live better — we’re so glad she’s here.

Welcome to Renew, Natalie 👋

Movement is a relationship — and how you’re supported matters.

At Renew, we think about care through a few PT love languages. Not as a formula, but as a way to stay present and intentional with the people we work with.

Quality time. Words of affirmation. Acts of service. Physical touch. Gift giving.

Each one shows up a little differently, but they all point to the same goal: helping you feel supported as you move, heal, and rebuild confidence.

Because PT isn’t just about exercises.
It’s about connection, trust, and care that meets you where you are.

👇 Which PT love language are you — or are you a mix?

Welcome back, Lidiya Hardy!

Some returns just feel right.

We’re thrilled to welcome Lidiya Hardy back to Renew Physical Therapy as the Clinic Manager at our Renton location. Lidiya was one of the very first team members when Renew began, and after a few years away on new adventures, she’s officially home again.

Lidiya brings a steady, people-first leadership style and a deep understanding of what makes Renew special — because she helped build it from the beginning. Outside the clinic, she loves spending time with family and friends, camping when she can, enjoying beach days, and saying yes to new experiences.

Her return is a full-circle moment for our team and for the Renton community. If you’re looking for Seattle-area physical therapy supported by thoughtful leadership and genuine care, you’ll feel it the moment you walk through the door.

Welcome back, Lidiya — we missed you 💛

At our Beacon location, the patient experience starts the moment you walk in the door.

One of the first things you’ll notice is our Grad Wall — a collection of graduation photos celebrating patients at the end of their PT journey. On their last day, we take a photo, photoshop them into something fun, and add it to the wall as a reminder of how far they’ve come.

It’s one of our patients’ favorite traditions. It sparks excitement at the beginning of care and becomes the perfect full-circle moment at the end.

Huge shoutout to Ally and Rebecca, our front desk team at Beacon, who help make every visit feel welcoming, encouraging, and personal.

Because at Renew Physical Therapy, PT isn’t just about movement.
It’s about feeling supported every step of the way.
