Our staff pick of the week goes to Joe, putting in work with the agility ladder — one of those “looks easy, feels spicy” exercises we love in the clinic.

Why we use it:
✅ Builds coordination and balance
✅ Trains quick feet and reaction time
✅ Improves control and confidence in movement
✅ Keeps rehab engaging and dynamic

The best part? Agility work helps everyone — not just athletes — move better in daily life.
