If you have trouble sleeping, I highly recommend these! They made a big difference for me. I can get to sleep, stay asleep and wake up refreshed. They are mint strips that 'melt' on your tongue, absorb and work quickly. Easy to tuck in your wallet/purse for travel, too! You will thank me!
