Maia provides clinical fertility care, in-home IUI, comprehensive classes and support groups, and professional training for midwives. Everything we do is gender-inclusive, trauma-informed, anti-racist, and centered on families who supersede culturally prescribed norms. Founded in 1991 with Kristin Liam Kali, LM as sole owner since 2006, our expertise in donor insemination and midwifery model fertility care is unsurpassed and extends to all types of families: le***an, gay, q***r, transgender, solo by choice, poly families, and cisgender, heterosexual couples. A strong lineage of q***r midwifery and specialized services for LGBTQ families has made MAIA widely renowned for the level of sensitivity and expertise in our practice.
