The curriculum is taught almost exclusively by Dr. John C. Kois, using the Kois Research Center research. The Kois Center is the only continuing education program in the country conducting and publishing independent research. Every course is updated each year based on new scientific evidence. Some of our courses, like Biomechanics I & II, are based solely on our own research.

.katrinadentist Had such wonderful experience learning at the Kois Center in beautiful Seattle, Washington 🌿 I was blown away by the wealth of knowledge shared by Dr. Marta Revilla León . Her insight and research contributions in the area of digital dentistry is truly inspiring. It was such a pleasure connecting with amazing dentists, lectures and lab technicians from around the world, sharing experiences, and diving deep into how we’re all using scanners and 3D printing, even discussing their real-world limitations.
Marta ended her multi day presentation with a quote from Dr. John Kois that really stayed with me:
“If you don’t know better, you can’t do better.”
A great reminder that thoughtful applications of evidence based dentistry creates a level of quality that is still deeply valued in what we do as dentists. And of course we couldn’t miss the opportunity to sneak in a little fun and visit the Space Needle on our way back to Boston ✌️!

Everyone here is passionate about what they do or they wouldn’t be here. all we are trying to do is make them better so they are not just a good dentist, they are a great dentist. Their patients are their friends, neighbors, and they see them in the grocery store and they want to be proud of what they’ve done.

The Kois Center is part of an educational network inspired by John Kois and populated by Kois trained dentists who have made a commitment to a rigorous education program. Many Graduates go on to become Mentors and Clinical Instructors returning to help the next generation of dentists go from good to great. the collaboration of these members has created an ever expanding knowledge base at the Center and is a pathway for extraordinary professional growth.
