: During February break, our HSDC Early Education team (PIP & Rosen Family School) came together for a powerful day of professional development focused on Anti-Bias Education (ABE).

We were thrilled to learn alongside Dr. Julie Mitchiner and Dr. Onudeah “Dr. Oni” Nicolarakis from Gallaudet University’s Department of Education, whose expertise in Deaf education, ASL/English bilingualism, and social justice pedagogy made this workshop especially meaningful.

We, the Early Education team, believe that a unified, equity-centered approach strengthens not only our programs, but the entire HSDC community we’re building for children and families. 💛✨

P.S. We are HIRING! hsdc.org/jobs
