Join us this Saturday in Bellingham to celebrate OCD Awareness Week with this year's final Process of Being event!

The Process of Being is an open studio art gathering aimed at fostering community and support amongst OCD and anxiety sufferers facilitated by therapist Sarah Weber. It is completely free and open to anyone! 💫

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to our annual walk last week! Thanks to you all we surpassed our fundraising goal and raised $5,956! Your donations will go towards providing education, resources, professional training, research, and treatment access advocacy 🤍

We are so proud of our extraordinarily brave and resilient community. As you can see in the photos, lots of exposures were incorporated into our walk alongside laughs, hugs, compassion, and a beautiful culture of support.

We are now entering OCD Awareness Week (Oct 12-18) and are excited for some upcoming events in Seattle, Bellevue, and Bellingham. Keep an eye out for more information!

The OCD Walk is an annual community engagement event sponsored by the International OCD Foundation where individuals across the country can connect, share stories, create impact, and show those struggling on their road to recovery that they are not alone. 30 cities throughout the US are hosting a walk this year! 👣
