We are checking in on this fantastic patient 1 month after his Chest Reconstruction Surgery! His primary goal was to achieve a completely flat chest without ni**le grafts.

What does healing look like at 1 month? By week 4, the initial recovery phase is mostly complete. The incisions are fully closed, and the patient can typically transition out of his compression binder and begin early scar massage therapy. Because he chose not to have ni**le grafts, he bypassed the delicate graft-healing phase, allowing for a very streamlined and straightforward recovery.

For this patient, we used Medium Height, High Projection Anatomical Implants. The structural integrity of the anatomical shape helped push the breast tissue forward, effectively lifting the ar**la complex to a more youthful position.

This patient is 2 months post-op following a Bilateral En Bloc Breast Implant Removal. She initially sought our help after noticing significant asymmetry, which was caused by the rupture of one of her saline implants.

Why did this happen? While breast implants are designed to be durable, they are not lifetime devices. There are a few factors that can cause implants to rupture, especially as they age. In her case, the saline leaked out safely, but it caused immediate deflation on one side.

We performed an En Bloc removal to take out the implants and capsules intact. She is now fully healed, symmetrical, and relieved to be back to her natural self.

The “Scarless” Breast Augmentation. ✨
This patient is featured 3 months post-op following a breast augmentation using 400cc Smooth Round Moderate Plus silicone implants.
How is it “scarless”?
For this procedure, we utilized the Transaxillary Approach. This means the incision is placed discreetly in the natural fold of the armpit (axilla) rather than on the breast itself. This leaves the breast completely free of visible surgical scars, creating a seamless and pristine aesthetic.
Recovery Update:
At 3 months, her implants are beginning to settle into their natural position. While they look great now, the tissues will continue to relax over the next few months as the “drop and fluff” process completes.
