This patient is officially nine months post-op from her breast augmentation, and her results are looking fantastic. At this stage in the surgical recovery timeline, the implants have fully settled into their natural anatomical position on the chest wall.

You might notice that we utilized two different implant volumes for this procedure: 390cc for the right breast and 440cc for the left. It is incredibly common for women to have a degree of natural breast asymmetry prior to surgery. To achieve a beautifully balanced and symmetrical final result, we carefully measure the existing breast volume during the consultation and select specific implant sizes for each side to precisely compensate for those natural differences.

Now that she is nine months out, the chest musculature has completely relaxed. The tissues have fully accommodated the implants, resulting in a beautifully proportioned, soft, and symmetrical contour.
