In 1998, I graduated from the Utah School of Midwifery. Then I played midwife for 15+ years with Melody Pendleton Dickens and Sherri Price and oh the fun we had! In 2011, I received a special opportunity to serve on a humanitarian trip to the Dominican Republic. There I was to work with midwifery students and teach Neonatal Resuscitation to the wonderful hospital staff at Cabral y Baez in Santiago. Little did I realize how that 1 week spent in the Dominican would impact my life for years to come. That same year, as my youngest child entered 1st grade I felt that it was time to embark on my own practice. I love midwifery! I love the women I get to know and work with! Each woman has her own unique gifts and talents. I love serving each woman as she transitions into motherhood with each child she bears. It is a sacred space, motherhood. I continually add to my gifts and talents so that I may bless others through my service. In 2007, my supportive parents sent me to Trinity School of Natural Health and I received my Certified Natural Health Professional certification. In 2008 in Florida, I studied under Dr Ulan and received my Intermediate Nutrition Response Certification. Then in 2011, I was trained in Foot Zoning by Julie Cheney. I have received Master Reiki training from Kara Brandt. I am being tutored by Sherri Price in doTerra oils. Nicholeen Peck mentored me as I received my mentorship training through Teaching Self Government. I am currently a part of the Limitless Inner Circle working toward my mastering Belief Breakthrough and earning my Angel wings. All of these wonderful tools add to the fun in my practice!
