🌀 THE ROLL UP
Spinal articulation, core strength, hip flexor lengthening, and a massage all in one! The Roll Up is the second exercise in the classical Pilates sequence and is a beautiful study of control, alignment, and breath. We love the option to take this exercise from beginner-level to a more advanced variation. The Roll Up is one of those sneaky exercises that looks quite simple but is more of a challenge than meets the eye.
