Mama Bear Midwife Care offers dignified and holistic care during pregnancy/birth/early parenthood Aneke is a certified midwife since 1998.

She sees birth as a natural physiological process. Birth belongs to mother and baby. As a Midwife she guides and supervises pregnancy, birth and postpartum/ early parenthood time. She helps empowering women to feel their body, listen to their inner wisdom and strength. Aneke supports low risk humanized birth, and teaches you to be prepared for a beautiful beginning as the next generation of mothers with children on this planet. Aneke is here for you to be a lactation consultant, postpartum support and a guide in a loving way. CBE classes/ prenatal courses are taught at the sanctuary in West Seattle with the focus on pregnancy & natural childbirth, and a beautiful safe start into parenthood.
