Feeling off balance? It might not be “just getting older.”

Your inner ear plays a huge role in balance — and when something’s off, dizziness, unsteadiness, or even that “floating” feeling can appear out of nowhere.

At Northwest Hearing + Tinnitus, our audiologists take time to uncover what’s really going on. From gentle balance screenings to pinpointing the exact cause, we’ll help you understand why you’re feeling dizzy — and how to find relief.

If it’s one of the most common causes, like Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), you may even feel better the same day.

Learn more in our latest blog:

Not all dizziness is the same. See how our audiologists map symptoms, check hearing, screen for BPPV, and outline a clear next step.
