in Exercise Science and over 14 years experience in the fitness industry. Level 2 CrossFit coach, 4x CrossFit Regionals competitor, 2017 CrossFit Games masters' competitor, and Black Belt in judo. With extensive knowledge and experience of the human body, I provide customized massages for people of all ages and all walks of life.

The perfect side-lying pillow doesn’t exi…

Maybe I got this idea from someone in the past? Anyway, I saw these at Costco the other week and 💡🤯. Tested it out on a few clients. So far, they passed with flying colors. Unfortunately, I have to put a pillowcase over them when being used, so client don’t get the full “kawaii” experience; but not bad for a $8 purchase and some laughs at worst. Feel free to also implement into your 💆🏼‍♀️ practice

1st comp in 3 yrs! It’s a miracle I didn’t hurt myself more; and even more of a miracle if I didn’t catch Covid 😅😷 Had a blast competing with my Green Lake Strength & Conditioning] crew and having the support of .freund all day 🙏🏻. Got to meet a lot of awesome friendly, like-minded humans, which is what I love about competition.

Thanks to and FOUNDATION]] for a fun, well organized comp benefitting Lambert house. Special thanks to all judges/volunteers for doing an amazing job running everything smoothly and sacrificing your weekend to make it all happen.
