As far as health insurance goes, I am considered an "Out Of Network Provider". Upon request, I am happy to provide you with a Super Bill. Check out my new services!

This Fall I invite you to level up your massages. By now, we already know the best place to cozy up this time of year is on my massage table. I'm excited to announce, I've added new services to my menu:

What are these services and how are they different? Let me explain...

First off, my standard 60 and 90 minute massages are still available. Monthly memberships and packages are still availabe for these services. Lymphatic Drainage is all the rage right now. I mean, who doesn't love a good before/after photo? Immediate satisfaction from visable results is pretty great, but this modality does so much more than provide good social media content. It can transform your health. The Lymphatic System is your body's natural detox and drainage network. This 2 hour massage has a specific sequence starting at the neck and head with precise massage strokes intended to pump your body's lymph nodes and flush out toxins, excess fluid and waste. For optimal results, I recommend starting with a 3 session package. Lymphatic Drainage is known for decreasing inflammation and swelling, improving immunity and gut health as well as improving skin condition.

Buccal Massage is a 30 minute add on service that includes facial massage accompanied by intra-oral work and scalp massage. Facial cupping and a hot face towel are also included. This is where I get to show off my 20+ years of being dual licensed as a massage therapist and esthetician. In this service, the goal is to scuplt using a release, drain, lift and plump strategy. This is great for jaw clenching, TMJ and headaches as well as anyone that wants some extra attention to their head and face.

New Pricing (Effective July 1)

60-minute session: $175
90-minute session: $210

These changes reflect the increasing cost of providing the high-quality, therapeutic work you've come to expect. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

All current packages will remain available through July 31. This is a great opportunity to save before the new rates go into effect.

Happy Holidays!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support of my services. Thank you!

As the holiday season approaches, massage gift cards make the perfect gift for anyone on your list. To make Cyber Monday even sweeter, I have a 3 session package sale available through Monday 12/2. These 3 session packages are $360 for 60 minute sessions and $480 for 90 minute sessions. Packages can also be split into individual gift certificates. Plus, don’t forget to check out my membership options for ongoing care.

I still have plenty of December appointments available for you to enjoy. If you are looking for a specific day or time that’s currently booked, feel free to send me an email here and I’ll gladly add you to my waitlist.

I’m also excited to announce the weighted neck wraps I use during my sessions are also available for order through Monday 12/2. Each wrap and cover set is $50 and will be available for pick up at my office mid December.

Packages, memberships and neck wraps can be purchased in office or by online invoice. Online invoices can be requested by email, please include the quantity and item type you desire.

Fall Newsletter

Memberships are back!

It’s been two years and I am pleased to announce monthly memberships are back. You can choose your starting month- November, December or January. More information is available on my site. Email me to reserve your spot as space is limited.

Paid in full options are also available. This option gives you 12 credits upfront and allows you to share/gift credits.

PIP Massage

The rain has returned and inclement weater means more car accidents. Did you know I accept PIP claims? If you have been in a car accident and would like to treat at my office, book your session as a medical massage. Please have a prescription for massage with diagnosis codes and your insurance claim information with you.

Super bills

If you need an end of year credit audit, itemized receipt for your HSA/FSA account or a super bill for insurance reimbursement please email me.

The Holidays are right around the corner...

The office will be closed for Thanksgiving November 22nd through 26th and Christmas December 22nd through 26th .

Gift cards/egift certificates

Massage is the perfect holiday gift for anyone on your list! Physical gift certificates are available in office. E-gift cards are available online. Booking opens 60 days in advance for those planning to book holiday sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Heading into the holidays there is a lot of demand for massage. Please be mindful that online booking closes 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel, please make sure you do before that window closes. Otherwise, you will be subject to a cancellation fee. In addition, anyone that no shows will be charged for the full session.

Holiday offerings

Physical Gift Certificates
The last day to purchase or pick up physical gift certificates before the holidays is 12/16. If you would like one, please contact me directly. Be sure to include to, from, service and amount in the request. I will then invoice you and set up a pick up time.

eGift cards
eGift cards are available anytime. They make a great last minute gift! You can send the egift card directly to the recipients email address.

If you missed the window for physical gift cards you can choose my gift certificate template as the design, send it to your email, and print it out. If you choose to do this, please make sure you write the card number and pin on the certificate. I will need these numbers at check out.

Membership Paid In Full
Finally, my monthly memberships are at capacity. Instead, I'm offering a paid in full option. This is a discunted rate for a package of 12 massages. These massage credits are available immediately, sharable and do not expire. Please email me directly and I will invoice you.

✨Happy Anniversary!✨

It’s my 3 year anniversary at my office today! Thank you for all of your love and support! I’m so lucky and thankful that I get to spend each day with such an amazing group of people. From prenatal care to car accident rehabilitation to helping you summit mountains and everything in between we’ve been through a lot together! I love what I do and it really fills my soul to see each one of you, catch up and bring some peace and relaxation to your lives each day!🤍
