When you get injured, it’s not just the tissue that takes a hit.

It’s your confidence.

Suddenly you start second-guessing everything:
“Is this safe?”
“What if it happens again?”
“Maybe I shouldn’t push it.”

That hesitation is completely normal. But sometimes it sticks around even after the body has healed.

Physiotherapy isn’t just about getting you “recovered” on paper.

It’s about:
• Gradually reintroducing movement
• Learning what your body can tolerate
• Building strength step by step
• Replacing fear with real evidence

Every rep builds reassurance.
Every progression rebuilds confidence.

The goal isn’t just pain-free movement.
It’s trusting your body again, when you lift, run, play, or get back in the gym.

Recovery is physical.
Trust is psychological.

Good rehab works on both. 💪

Can you stick the Candlestick Challenge? 🤔

This movement tests more than just flexibility. It takes core strength, body control, and coordination to roll up smoothly and hold that candlestick position with control.

It might look simple, but keeping everything stable from your shoulders to your toes is the real challenge.

Ready to see how you do? Give it a try.

Drop a comment with your result and tag a friend who should take on the challenge. with you! 💪

We live in a time where you can Google almost anything. And yes, you’ll find plenty of exercises online.

But rehab isn’t just about doing exercises.

It’s about:
• Knowing which exercises are right for your specific issue.
• Understanding how much load your body can currently tolerate.
• Progressing at the right pace.
• Modifying when symptoms flare.
• Addressing the real cause, not just the symptom.

Two people can have “knee pain” and need completely different programs.

A physical therapist doesn’t just hand you a list of exercises. We assess movement patterns, understand your body’s current capacity, guide your progression, and adjust based on how you respond.

That’s the difference between random exercises… and structured rehab.

The internet gives you options.
A PT gives you a plan. 💡

Tight hamstrings can limit your movement, affect your posture, and even increase your risk of injury. The good news? With the right progression, you can rebuild strength and flexibility at the same time.

Here’s a simple hamstring rehab sequence you can follow depending on your level:

✔ Double Leg RDL – Beginner
A great starting point to build hamstring strength while learning proper hip hinge mechanics.

✔ Single Leg RDL – Advanced
Adds balance and stability while challenging each leg individually.

✔ Single Leg RDL with Hip Airplane – Intermediate
Takes things up a notch by adding hip control and rotational stability.

These movements help strengthen your hamstrings, improve hip control, and support better movement overall.

Start at the level that feels right for you and progress as your strength and control improve.

Tag a friend with tight hamstrings who needs to try this. 👇

The Bosu Ball Jump Challenge is here to test your coordination, stability, and lower-body strength in one explosive move. Jump up, land steady on the Bosu, and hold your balance. Sounds simple… but it’s tougher than it looks.

Give it a try, film your attempt, and tag a friend who thinks they’ve got better balance than you! 👇
