3W Medical for Women Wellness for Washington Women We're located in the U-District of Seattle near the University of Washington (UW) campus.

3W Medical for Women is a nationally accredited non-profit women's reproductive health clinic staffed by licensed medical professionals. We provide free-of-charge medical-grade pregnancy testing and well woman exams (including breast exam, pelvic exam, and Pap smear if needed), as well as low-cost STD & STI testing, evidence-based education about your reproductive health, and outside referrals for continued medical care and social services. HOW TO FIND US

3W is located in the University District of Seattle, just north of NE 45th St toward s the back of the large parking lot facing 9th Ave NE.

We are on the ground floor underneath a green and scream colored condominium building. Enter the clinic from the side of the building that faces 9th Ave NE.

BUS OPTIONS

Bus routes in the University District include: #31, 32, 43,44,45,48,49, 65,67,70,75,79, 225,271, 372, 556, 586 plus the Link light rail 1 line (U District Station).

PAID SERVICES

STI testing with lab fees starting at $16
$23.50 Pap Smear Test
$46 HPV Test
$35 FEMM consults for hormonal health tracking
$40 Nexplanon removal
$50 Sports physicals

TELEHEALTH

30-minute telehealth consultations are available for:*
Urinary symptoms
Asymptomatic STI/STD screen or test of cure
Vaginal symptoms (if no in-person appointments are available or for recurring issues)
Most consultations will require a prompt, brief, in-person follow-up lab appointment

60-minute telehealth consultations are available for:
Irregular menses/menstruation
FEMM (with certified FEMM teacher, not with one of our medical practitioners)

SERVICES WE DO NOT PROVIDE

Infertility evaluation and treatment
Surgical/invasive procedures such as biopsy, hysterectomy, delivery, diagnosis of endometriosis, treatment of abnormal bleeding
Abortion
Late-term pregnancy care (past 20 wks)
Ultrasound exams past 20 wks
Contraception
Management of PCOS or other chronic conditions
Other interventions requiring continuity of care

A few weeks ago we said “see you later,”to our wonderful clinic director, Amber, as she completed her two year term with 3W. ❤️

Amber started her position in October of 2023, leading clinic staff and operations and ensuring we’re always running a tight ship.

Amber has played a crucial part in the growth of our clinic these last two years. She always knows how to bring joy and encouragement into the daily happenings of the work we do.

We will miss her deeply and wish her all the best with her new endeavors! Thank you for all of your work, Amber!
