Hey Seattle friends - if you want to join me for an upcoming sound bath, I'll be at Mother Yoga Seattle on Feb 26th.

Tix are $20-$30 on a sliding scale.

We'll do a 15-minute grounding meditation and body scan to find stillness and set an intention followed by a 60-minute sound bath to release stress and invite in peace, harmony, and ease. This session features Nepali singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and ocean drumming.

The next journaling, sound bath, poetry, and tarot evening will be on February 17th at Vashon Island Tree of Life from 7p-8:30p celebrating the new moon in Aquarius and Solar Eclipse!

The theme of the Aquarius new moon sound bath is a time that shifts the energy toward freedom, community, action and momentum, technology, collective systems, and how we belong to something larger than ourselves.

Key topics for journaling to get you inspired before we meet ~
- What distance and detachment from habits in the past will break me out of my destructive patterns?
- Who do I want to reach out to and pull into my support network / friendship circle?
- How do I want to give back?
- What type of freer thinking do I want to engage in?
For our schedule, we will spend a few minutes journaling, immerse in a 1-hour sound bath, enjoy a poem, and close with tarot readings.

Sag is the fire archer and centaur - always game to do what it FEELS is right in the moment. Key words are independence, freedom, and humor. Thus, our theme will be inviting us to realign with our truth, pursue what adds meaning to our lives, and find time to laugh as we go along our merry way. How can we release ourselves of any restrictions we might have put in place to be more free?! ⛓️‍💥

- Have an hour of improvised sound bathing in the spirit of the fire archer

It's almost time for the Hunter Moon sound bath which will take place at Vashon Island Tree of Life on November 20th.

The theme of the Hunter Moon is based on the lunar placement in Scorpio which is all about diving deep into your emotions, close connections, and transformation. 🦂🐦‍🔥This intense, magical, and powerful sign guides us to journal on topics such as:

- Am I engaged fully in my feelings or numbing in some capacity?
- How can I deepen my connections and trim the fat?
- What would it be like to fully enact the most uncomfortable aspects of change calling to me?

In the spirit of the Phoenix rising - the highest form of the Scorpio sign - the evening of sound will follow the pattern of delving deep into emotions, the clash that is transformation, the rising from the ashes, and the ethereal sound of bells, chimes, and crystal. 🔮
