Why I will never use Zener cards to prove my abilities. ✨

If you have ever seen a movie about psychics, you have probably seen Zener cards—those flashcards with the stars, squares, and wavy lines used to test ESP.

​Let me be perfectly clear: guessing shapes is not psychic.

​Being able to successfully guess that the next card in the deck is a circle is a psychic party trick. It does absolutely nothing to prove that consciousness survives physical death, and it does absolutely nothing to heal a grieving heart.

"Who cares about responsibility?" A wild message from Spirit 🛹✨

Sometimes Spirit comes through with a message that completely breaks the mold.

During this reading, a young man stepped forward with the most chaotic, fun, bouncing energy. He gave unbelievable evidence about his passing, validating that he was hooked up to a car on his skateboard when he was hit by a semi.

You would think someone who passed in such a sudden, tragic way would come through with a cautionary tale to "be safe". Instead, he did the exact opposite! He told his friend that he "passed the way he lived" and had zero regrets.

He knew that she was letting her deep sense of responsibility stop her from saying "yes" to the things she actually wanted to do. His message to her was loud and clear: stop caring so much about being responsible and just do what you want to do!

Psychic vs. Medium: Why your 1-on-1 reading might surprise you.

When a best friend in Heaven tells you to take the trip ✈️🤍

One of the heaviest things we carry in grief is the guilt of not being there at the very end.

During this reading, a beautiful spirit stepped forward with a very specific message for her friend: let go of the guilt about the hospital. Our loved ones on the Other Side do not hold grudges about how their final days played out. They do not judge us for missing a moment; they see the entirety of the love and friendship you shared over a lifetime.

But this friend didn't just come through to clear the air and offer peace—she came through with an assignment. She wanted her friend to pack her bags and take that trip to Barbados!

Why I still have a mentor (and a hot take on true mediumship) ✨

I just wrapped up an incredible mentorship session with my mentor Andy Byng.

​One of my core beliefs as an evidential medium is that development never actually stops. No matter how established you get, having a mentor and continuously pushing the boundaries of your craft is non-negotiable if you want to operate at a high level.

​During our session, we touched on something that I think a lot of people in the spiritual space need to hear: True mediumship is about feeling the actual presence of the spirit communicator.

​It is not just about pulling psychic information, facts, or data out of the ether. It is about a palpable, emotional, and undeniable blending with a living intelligence. If you are not actually feeling their presence in the room with you... it might not be true mediumship.

When Spirit calls out your stubborn family dynamics 😅🕊️

I love it when Spirit comes through with zero filter and absolute honesty.
During this reading, Jill's grandmother stepped forward with a very big personality. After validating her ties to New York, she actually owned up to the fact that she was pretty judgmental and tough on Jill's mom back in the day. You cannot fake that kind of specific family dynamic!
But the true heart of this message was about Jill's dad, who is currently navigating some serious health challenges. Caretaking for aging parents is exhausting, especially when they are incredibly stubborn. Jill's grandmother came through to validate that Jill is taking on too much of the burden. A Medium's Hot Take: Why I don't believe in "signs" from Spirit. 🚩

​I know this is going to ruffle some feathers (pun intended), but we need to talk about "signs" from Spirit.

​As an evidential psychic medium, my hottest take is that I actually don't believe our loved ones are dropping pennies on the sidewalk or sending specific birds to our windows. I believe signs are an "us" thing, not a "them" thing.

​When we are grieving, our brains naturally look for patterns and symbols to feel connected to the people we miss. Finding meaning in a cardinal or a repeating number is a beautiful, deeply human psychological coping mechanism—but it is our own meaning we are attaching to it.

​Spirit communicates through undeniable, specific evidence—real memories, personality traits, and shared history—not vague symbols. You don't have to wait for a sign to know they are still with you. 🤍
