Mae’s birthday celebration started with a trip to the zoo, and it could not have suited her better. She wanted to be outside, see the animals, and enjoy the day, and she got to do all of that, right down to feeding the giraffes! The picnic and scenic river ride home made it even more special. 🎂🦒

Thank you to Riverside Cafe in Vero Beach for taking such good care of our group. The food was wonderful, the service was kind, and the view made the outing even better. Richard and Eiko especially enjoyed sitting by the water, and the pelican in the photo gave us an unexpected little bit of entertainment. Naturally, he ended up with a name, Petey! ☀️

Our team loves finding extra ways to spoil Pelican Landing residents because they absolutely deserve it! Last weekend, we created a by passing out freshly popped popcorn and a yummy mix of snickerdoodle, peanut butter, and sugar cookies.

Afterwards, Anahy and Jenny sat down for a fun game of UNO with Margaret and Muriel. Jenny might be known as the reigning champ, but Muriel jokingly claims that is only because she lets her win! 🍿
