It doesn’t happen often, but every now and then during a QHHT session, the higher self shows a scene from the future—only if it feels the person is ready for it.

This client came in with a big question about whether they would ever find a partner and have children. Their SC decided to answer in a pretty unforgettable way: it took them straight into a future moment where they were giving birth to twins!

SC didn’t reveal who the partner was—kept that part hidden, like a fun mystery—but made it clear that this chapter is ahead of them. It was such a beautiful confirmation for someone who has been wondering if their wish was even possible💕

In my most recent QHHT session, the client wasn’t guided into past lives, but instead received a series of powerful images that beautifully represented her roots and connection to inner guidance. Through these visions, her higher self offered meaningful advice for addressing both physical and emotional challenges.

It was a gentle reminder that every session unfolds exactly as it needs to. Your higher self always knows how to bring forward what you are ready to see, understand, and heal.

The last QHHT session of the year started in the deep ocean! I can never guess what my client will be shown by their subconscious (SC) until they are in a trance, and it could be anything you can imagine. Today's client quickly went into a deep trance, and she didn't have to go through the induction. When I asked her to find the most beautiful place she could think of, she found herself in the Mariana Trench, living as a manta ray. She was guided by a small fish to a treasure box of ancient knowledge, and she absorbed the knowledge through her belly (SC's saying, "Don't overthink"). She was a shape-shifter and could shift to anything she'd like. She transformed from a manta ray to a shark, and then, she became a small silverfish whose school moved and thought as one mind. She kept changing from one creature to another, and her SC continued to give her a strong message that she didn't need to overidentify with the body she currently has. Each life had something parallel to her current life, and again, SC had a clever way to show her it's ok to let go of what she doesn't need.

In QHHT sessions, the subconscious (SC) is always in charge. It shows what the client needs to see at that moment. Sometimes, they are past lives, and sometimes, they are past scenes from their current life. Sometimes, they start with their current lives to ease into seeing past lives, which was the case with this client whom I guided this past weekend. She began as a young child at her home in a midwestern state and regressed to experience love from her mom as a baby. It was when her family was the happiest, and SC wanted to remind her of that time. When regressed to the spirit side, she went right into life as a young native girl with a strong connection with her horse and could communicate with them. She leapfrogged into two other past lives, and the messages from SC about all the lives she was shown were to show her the justice that she feels inside of her. I felt SC’s warm love for her, praising her striving to do the right thing even when it was hard. Beautiful 💕

Here is an example of why Reiki is so helpful as first aid. My son scraped his knee yesterday. I treated him with Reiki for about 45 minutes before he went to bed. Now you can see new skin is already forming (and another scrape😂).

Some people are not shown past lives by their subconscious/higher self during their QHHT sessions. Instead, they see past experiences in their current lives. Whether it’s a past life or a current life, what they see under hypnosis always contains very important messages and answers to their current struggles.

Yesterday, a client saw several scenes from her current life, involving her interactions with her parent who was never nurturing or loving. It understandably created significant psychological wounds. Subconscious took her to scenes that showed that her parent had their own unique way of expressing their love, which wasn’t apparent then. They were struggling with their problems as well. It said over and over that she needs to let go of her fear of being unlovable, and she deserves to be happy.

Your higher self/subconscious is always with you, loving and nurturing you. All you have to do is to listen and believe.

The universe doesn't make mistakes. You were meant to be where you are right now with the good, bad, and in-between happening to you. Everything that happens, even those that seem like adverse events, happens for a reason meant to elevate you.
