A little glimpse into one of the ways I care for my body, heart, and nervous system.
This yin emphasized sequence was focused on opening my shoulders and back—moving stuck energy, tension, and emotion.
By the end, I felt more in flow.
My breath felt deeper.
My heart more open.
And something in me felt ready to show up more fully.
Sometimes it’s not about doing more—
but about giving ourselves space to soften, unwind, and return to what’s real.
