UNDERSTANDING THE PROCESS OF ASCENSION

You may have heard the word ascension used quite often these days, and yet what does this really mean and how do we do it?

I have discovered that ascension is a process, not a goal. It isn't something that you learn how to do but rather it is something you are doing as you evolve into your full human potential. It is the process of your awakening to your True Nature or your Essential Self.

Ascension is the realization of your unlimitedness, your superpowers, your connection to the allness of life, and the expression of this in your current human form.

It is the healing of our karma and karmic patterns of significant lifetimes and on many of the spiritual planes that we may have existed on at one time or another.

It is mastery over the material world. Dominion over each area of your life and most of all it is living in service to the awakening of humanity.

Ascension is a transfiguration of our physical carbon-based bodies into a crystalline-based body. It is living in our crystalline light body which holds a very high vibration.

It is learning how to live in a 5th Dimensional reality while physically living in a 3rd Dimensional world. You can say it is living in the world but not being of the world.

In this very transformative time which can also be scary, confusing, life-threatening for some, and uncertain for most, the ascension process is part of humanity's awakening and evolution as a species.

The Earth or Gaia is also ascending for She is an organic being that also grows in consciousness and as she evolves those who live on Her must evolve with Her.

Ascension isn't something new. It has always been part of the science of spirituality and our spiritual development. Spiritual development is not something separate from your everyday life but rather something that you weave into life and live as part of your everyday life.

Everything you do in life is part of your Ascension process even if you are not aware of it yet or are still asleep to your True Self and you're full potential. It is living your spirituality or spiritual values not just talking the talk but actually walking the walk of an awake and aware being.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO CONSCIOUSLY ASCEND?

This is a very good question and there are many different answers. I can only share what I know from studying and practicing myself. The following are few suggestions that I feel are the most important things to begin this process.

The first thing is the conscious desire to wake up to the Truth of who you are, your unlimited capabilities, to want to Ascend and become more masterful over your mental, emotional, physical, etheric bodies.

To commit to doing your inner work which may involve healing from the traumas in your life, facing your demons, and learning how to love and accept yourself exactly the way you are.

Learning how to forgive yourself and others for mistakes made, or harm that was done to you by others.

Developing compassion for yourself and others, and being willing to feel gratitude for everything in your life both the good and the not so good.

Learning the Art of Surrender and opening to what Life is offering you moment to moment without resistance.

Learning how to have a deeply felt and conscious connection with your Higher Self or I Am Presence, your guides, and master teachers.

Learning how to sustain higher vibrational frequencies and opening your heart so that you can begin to know and feel unconditional love for yourself and everyone. This helps you to become more attuned to your Higher Self and begin to embody that aspect over time.

Developing an attitude of humility and appreciation for your life, and all that life is.

Taking full responsibility for yourself and your creations whatever they may be or have been. This is a very big part of waking up when you begin to stop playing the victim or the martyr and begin to see that you are so powerful that your words and your thoughts are what actually create your physical reality.

Ascension is an everyday practice of living your commitment to yourself to be the best possible version of you that you can be in each moment. That commitment may be something you do daily, hourly, or minute by minute. It is not always easy but it is worth it.

If we are to create a different world one where life is most valued over profit and equality is for all, where unconditional love and acceptance is the normal way of being and everyone feels fulfilled, loved, healthy, connected to Source and Nature, then it is up to us, you and me to take the first steps, to awaken, to take responsibility for the world we wish to create and co-create it together.

The Age of Aquarius has been spoken of for as long as I can remember. Especially when I was a young teen listening to the music of Hair and the song The Age of Aquarius.

Today we are actually approaching this entry into the Golden Age. The planets are finally in alignment and this Monday we will herald in the dawning of the Age of Aquarius.

What will it mean for us as a world? How will we begin to live from our own personal power and sovereignty? To begin to rebuild our new world? What kind of world do you wish to create? It takes each and every one of us to put our attention on what we want to see created not on what we don't want to see created.

Even if the outside world isn't yet reflecting the New World we wish to live in yet it will. This is an inside job first and so each of us has the responsibility to do the inner work that it takes to claim our sovereign power and to stand strong in our convictions.

If fear comes up be willing to stop and go inside and see what is running you at that moment, what are you telling yourself? Then if you need to release the energy find a way that works for you. I often cry as I have always been able to release through tears, but you find your own method. Notice how quickly fear or anger or any "negative" emotion will dissolve when you allow yourself to feel it all the way without a story.

Right now we are in a window of time that will not come again for hundreds if not thousands of years. We are moving into what some have called a Golden Age. But we also have much work to do in order for this "Golden Age" to be fully embodied and felt by all.

What is being called for by those who feel aligned with this message is to flex our muscle of discernment, choice, and self-empowerment. To take back your power where ever you feel you left it or gave it away. You can simply say, "I call my power back now from..." It is that simple.

Birthing a new world isn't necessarily easy as it takes quite a bit of determination, conviction, courage, and persistence to see the course through.

The Good News is that we have already moved into this new timeline but now the work really begins. Are you ready? Can you stay the course? "As the dust of the Co-Vid drama begins to settle, the light has fully activated the next phase of Ascension.

With the birth of the 3rd Wave, we will begin to see more and more of what has been hidden in the shadows be revealed. This will take some time to sort out, as the masses are just barely beginning to awaken.

The earliest of the 3rd Wave of Awakeners will be those highly functioning individuals who were so busy at work, their primary 'real issue' and/or interference with awakening was linear time.

With the upcoming eclipses and throughout the summer, previously undisclosed truths will be revealed.
Much of what is revealed will be deeply disturbing. Much of it will be highly unifying.

Humans will be required, perhaps more than ever, to engage our discernment and critical thinking,
while still fully aligning with our heart centers.

Sadly, for many, many humans, they still do not have these basic survival tools - indeed, critical thinking, combined with effective discernment and above all, heart centered navigation, are basic survival skills for the new paradigm and the fully ascending being.

These are mandatory tools for navigating out of The 3rd Dimensional Paradigm and anchoring into the 5rh Dimensional Reality.

It is time for us all to align our frequency to the Light of Truth, which is always present in the new paradigm ~ truth is a navigating force ~ it allows us to move beyond the illusion of the 3D paradigm lies, manipulations, drama and decipt, and effectively up-level and align with the sacred ascending light.

For awakening beings, this year ~ 2020 ~ is a TRUE DESTINY CALL ~ which will align each of us with our own future timeline based on a. our frequency vibration and b. our inner navigation.

It is a most critical and significant juncture in each of our own individual and collective timelines ~ only we can reclaim our true divine nature and reunite with our own divinity.

Are you ready to step it up and to acknowledge your true power? If you are then read on.

A message I received during a recent meditation Is the following:

Each of you has Ascension Codes that need to be activated at this time by you. All you need to do to do that is to claim that you are a sovereign, free being, in dominion of your health, relationships, wealth and your whole life.

Then say if you choose too " I am a free, sovereign being in dominion of my life. I declare right here and right now that my Ascension Codes are activated and that I now step into my light body frequency and align with my 5th Dimensional vibration. I know who I AM, I know I Am and I know how to serve. And So It Is!"

This will help you to acknowledge your authentic true power and to really step up into a higher vibration. It is important to fall into the mass panic vibration at this time but to raise your own vibration as much as possible.

Keep saying, I am sovereign, I am free, I am me, I am me.......

There is so much change going on right now that you may feel a bit overwhelmed with the news about the virus and the energy in the environment. I know that I have been affected and have been practicing a few things to help myself feel calm and centered as much as possible. Below are a few suggestions that my dear sister Debra Guisti shared and I wanted to share them with you.

1) We are ONE: Everyone is experiencing this collectively. We cannot deny, reject or hurt others on the planet. We are all connected and we are all in this together.

2) Slow Down: Right before this happened I was moving so fast. It is time to take a breath, slow down, not do so much, and be present in the moment.

3) Don't let fear overtake you: Fear has a way of running your thoughts way down the road. So this is a big test for all of us to be fully present and appreciate that you are okay in the moment. And please spread the CALM. Share a supportive, calm field to everyone that you meet in your world. It makes a big difference and creates a rippling effect!

4) Go out in nature: Nature is the ultimate healer and she's calling you to come to be with her, as she is one of the most rejuvenating and safest places to be, even if it's under a tree in your backyard.

5) Improve our immune systems: This is a wake-up call to boost our immune systems, not just for COVID-19, but for everything that we are susceptible to at this time including any other viruses, cancer, pollution, EMFs, and many, many other things, etc. We've got herbs, supplements, breath and basically raising our frequency.

6) Cultivate deep compassion: Just as during any crisis, this is the time to take care of our brothers and sisters and help where we can. Instead of hoarding, share with your community. Reach out, and even give financially if you can, and deeply support each other.

7) Take your own much-needed Spiritual Retreat: Make time for your own meditation and deep inquiry, rest and take care of and rejuvenate yourself. Many of us have probably been overdoing it, so this is a time to invest in yourself. Do deep clearing and healing.

8) Reach out to your Soul Family and Soul Tribe: With the extra time that you may receive from this experience, reach out to people that you love, and that is part of your tribe, by phone and Skype. Check-in with people and tell them that you care for them and love them. Don't stop the connection, expand it. Hearing that you care can make all the difference.

9) Benefit from all the Online Programs available today: There is a huge plethora of inspirational and educational online programs that you probably never have time to look at. Now's the time! As well as connecting with all the Online Community Gatherings that are happening now.

10) Love and acceptance are the bottom lines: Along with dealing with all the extreme hassles, life challenges, and economic instability that this messenger brings, let's make a practice to come back to Acceptance and Love as the bottom line towards ourselves, our situation, our family, the planet and all of humanity.
