End of Summer Challenge. Who is with me?
By no means is this a get skinny-quick thing. Instead, this is about working towards being your best and healthiest version. This is a lifestyle, a new way of doing things.
In the group, we will be focusing on Nutrition. This is because Nutrition is crucial to how you feel mentally and physically. When I fuel my body right, I 100% feel my best.
The group will start the week of the 19th.
Let's end the summer by focusing on bringing ourselves back to the absolute best we can be. I know that getting healthy and making changes is scary; that's why I will be beside you every step of the way.

End of Summer Challenge. Who is with me?

By no means is this a get skinny quick thing. This is about working towards being the best and healthiest version of you, you can be. This is a lifestyle, a new way of doing things. Together we will work on Nutrition, Exercise, and Personal Development to create the life you want.

I know that getting healthy and making changes is scary. Focusing on getting ourselves back on track and moving where we want to be. Would love for you to join me. The girl on the left was lost. She ate poorly, was always tired, and was unhappy on the inside, even though she put on a smile.

The girl on the right feels alive and ready to take on the world, eats a way more balanced diet, and is truly happy on the inside.

It is not about the weight she lost. It's about how good she feels on the inside. Yes, the physical transformation is great, but it is just a side effect of all the hard work she puts in to stay consistent with her new healthier way of living. For example, eating a diet full of healthier choices (80/20), getting some form of exercise daily, and working on her personal development.

Long post but keep reading till the end.

I want to share with you something that, up until now, I have kept very private. I am sharing this with you to let you know that this program is much more than exercise or nutrition. It can change your life in ways you never expected.

I had a stroke when I was a baby, which affected the left side of my brain, causing the motor skills on my right side to be compromised. Growing up was not easy. I always felt self-conscious and different from the other kids. I had a more challenging time doing just about everything. Mentally I fought depression and became very reserved, not wanting to draw attention to myself for fear people would notice my differences.

When I started my journey for better health and wellness a couple of years ago and joined my coach and her team, I never realized the impact this would have on me. Learning how to eat healthier, move my body in different ways, and push for my goals would affect me mentally and physically. I expected it to improve me physically, which it has done big time, but this was an unexpected benefit. While my issues physically will never be gone entirely, I often get lost in my head and let fear and failure creep in.

I now have another tool to help me pull back out and push ahead, along with the support group filled with people who inspire, uplift, and encourage me daily.

So, if you are looking for more than another nutrition or exercise program. If you are looking for a program that does more, join me and see what this program can do for you.

I will be starting a group to take an 8-week journey to become the best, strongest version of ourselves. Inside and out. I would love for you to join in.
It's always better when you do it with a team. This has always helped me stay on track and motivated.
We will take the guesswork out of how and give you the power to stay consistent with the habits that will get you more motivated than ever.
We will work together and hold each other accountable by focusing on 3 simple things.

1. Find a fitness plan and follow it. Mine is LIIFT MORE, as I feel this is the next step for me. You can choose from the many programs available to find the one that best suits your level right now and your goals.

2. Drink at least half your body weight of water in oz. This is key to helping our body operate at its best, including muscle recovery.
Set daily goals and intentions. Knowing where you are trying to go makes it easier to do what you need to do to get there. Keeping on track is key! I have the perfect tools to help you with this.

3. My group will be here to support you every step of the way. So stay connected, encouraged, and on track to achieving your goals.
There are daily check-ins and a message thread for everyone to interact and keep each other positive along the way.
