Here are a few frighteningly fun ways to keep your smile healthy this Halloween:

🍎 Bob for apples. Sweet, crunchy, and great for rinsing away sugar. (Don’t bob for them, if you have braces, but you can still enjoy an apple sliced up for all its benefits!)

🌽 Candy < corn. Popcorn’s loaded with smile-friendly minerals (just skip the kernels!).

🥗 Dress up your salad. Lettuce alone is meh, but add fruit or lean protein and you’ve got a costume-level upgrade.

🍬 Collect candy wisely. Enjoy a few faves, then brush + floss so your teeth don’t pull a disappearing act.

🎃 Carve (and snack on) pumpkins. Both the pulp and seeds are packed with enamel-boosting nutrients!
