It was a bubbly beautiful Sunday at The Manor yesterday. We enjoyed our coffee, church and fellowship with donuts. We sang some good old time hymns and ventured into Bible Trivia, next was completing the scripture verse. Cam'ron and Cynthia had the residents enjoying the bubbles. They popped them, noticed the colors that reflect off of the light and it led to days when they did this with their grandkids and even made their own bubbles for their children. In the afternoon they enjoyed fellowship with Sebring Parkway Church of Christ.

On the 11th Veterans Day we will celebrate our residents who served. We salute them along with VITAS at 10am.

Thursday was an awesome day. We started our Crockpot Cooking Club. It was a huge hit! Our residents each had a part of creating apple crisp. It sure made the activities room smell great. Early afternoon we did puzzles, adult coloring while the crockpot finished cooking. We did our taste testing and oh my goodness it was unanimous that the cooking was out of this world. Stay tuned on Tuesday for our next creation.
