Happy Friday Ya’ll!

We are definitely getting busy here and booking up into after the new year. We do have openings until then but as you know openings will become few and far between soon.

When you’re a Floridian and you forget how to dress for the first chilly day of the season and your a massage therapist that needs those elbows to work.

Hello Friends and Veterans! I have amazing news 📰 after 2 very long years we finally are completely enrolled with the VA!!!!! 🎉 If you are military or a veteran and would like massage or Acupuncture through the VA we are FINALLY active and accepting referrals through VA Community Care Network. If you or someone you know would like to receive either acupuncture or massage contact your local VA or myself to start the referral process. I’m so excited to serve our veterans 🤗

Some of you I have on my personal page so this is a repeat post kinda.
I had my heart cath yesterday and had a 90% blocked artery and ended up with 6 stents…. 😳 yes I wasn’t expecting this I went in thinking we are going to check things out and I may need 1 stent so this was rather interesting. Dr. Said gentetics was a big factor and Im very lucky that the signs were there.

It was a little rough afterwards the meds did not agree with me and I had to be flat for 12 hours which wasn’t fun trying not to move and not decorate the room 🤮

I slept as well as I could in the hospital and woke up this morning at 6am with more energy then I’ve had in years. Hallaluja!

If all heals well and I actually force myself to rest I will be back in action Tuesday. Giving myself ample time to heal and attend follow up appointments.

Next journey is Moffitt to tackle the thyroid issue but that will be next month.

Thank you for all your prayers and I was blessed to have a few pray with me 🙏
