With summer approaching we understand that schedules ebb and flow, however, this is how we pay our bills. Cancellations and no shows directly affect our pockets. As previously posted, our cancellation policy is as follows:

A 24-hour notice is required for cancelling your appointment. If you do not cancel by then, you will be expected to pay the full amount of service for your appointment time. You will not be allowed to come for another appointment if this is not paid.
Cancellations happen but this results in a direct loss of income for us. A 24-hour notice allows us time to possibly fill your spot. Please alert us immediately once you receive your 24-hour appointment reminder if you must cancel.
If you have a gift card and do not provide a 24-hour notice, you forfeit the gift card as payment.
I understand that emergencies happen and this will be taken into consideration.
