Going into this busy season I want to make sure I stay focused and very intentional with my time. I’m adjusting my priorities a bit so that I can give my all everywhere I go 💃🏼
I’ll be dropping my Tuesday nights yoga class. I hope to see you at my other classes! Please bring a friend or spouse and join us for a fun relaxing way to connect and feel “comfier” in your own body ❤️
I do plan on mixing it up on Thursdays. Mainly focused on Flow Yoga but occasionally will add in a Restorative or Yin class. So watch for those!
Chair Yoga ~ $10 for 40ish min at 10am Tuesdays at the Episcopal Church 309 W Elm St, Sedan, KS 67361
Beginner Flow Yoga ~ $15 for 1 hour on Thursdays at 6pm at the Chautauqua Senior Center. 100 Laurel St Chautauqua KS 67334.
Bring your mat! (I have some extra yoga mats but if you have one bring it!)
