Jackson had an mri yesterday and it all came back looking good.Everything they have been doing is working. He had labs today and they all came back great.They plan to discharge us at some point tomorrow to go home. Exciting and nerve racking at the same time! Thank you all for the on going love and support. ❤️

Update: 3/7 Jackson is doing so well that they don’t think he needs to go to rehab . So we will continue his PT and OT here . Last night we started weaning his meds from the tube to orally . This morning he did all his meds pill form with yogurt and his pediasure by mouth . With luck we won’t have not come home with his feeding tube . He is making huge strides everyday! He will have another mri on the 12th. ❤️

Jackson is getting stronger everyday! He’s mastered the stairs with PT. We now go on daily walks around the nurses station. He got to meet the support puppy Molly today. We went downstairs and saw the fish tank again and got apple juice at Panera .His appetite has come back better than ever and is willing to try new thing’s. We are still waiting to got to rehab . Hopefully soon. ❤️

Ben ,Jackson and I would like to thank all our family and friend’s that have donated to support Jackson’s recovery . We would also like to thank everyone for the wonderful cards ,generous food deliverys and endless support and prayers! We are so blessed. ❤️

Jackson is still continuing to do amazing . Hopefully next week we will be transferring to the rehab.❤️

Jackson had a good day. He did more walking all by himself and balancing today. He had music threapy which he loved. We’ve heard we might be moving to the Spaulding rehabilitation center this week to start his rehab for 3 to 4 weeks.

Jackson had a great day! He spent an hour in the play rm playing on the floor. He walked to the playrm and almost all the way back . He tried to jump for the first time today . He had a great visit with his big brother Matthew and Gf Sailor today. His appetite is coming back. He had two containers of yogurt his new favorite thing and mini muffins. He gets weaned off another seizure med tonight and will have no more once a day iv meds. He is getting stronger and more determined everyday!❤️Thank you all so much for the daily thoughts and encouragement for Jackson! ❤️❤️

Update/2/20
Jackson after waiting all day didn’t have his GI test after all. They waited till just before his procedure to tell us he didn’t need one after all . That there was nothing concerning to have one done. Good news he didn’t have to go through it . But he had his meds changed and Ivs put in for nothing. Other than that he had a good day. He got to go to the play room . He walked the halls and he got to do art twice . And got extra toys from the gift store for being so patient today .He is currently sound to sleep after his busy day.

Jackson has done really well today! He walked to the playroom twice today with little help. He got to go downstairs to make slime in the family room . He also got to see the fish tank in the lobby . He will have GI scope test tomorrow afternoon just to check to see if everything looks ok and just to make sure it has nothing to do with his food pickiness . Then they can rule out any GI issues and focus on ways to improve his eating habits.

Jackson had a good day today.He walked from
His room all the way to the playroom without his walker and with just a little support from his therapist .He had zero seizures over night and was taken off his Nero leads. The nero team is very happy with his progress so far !He ate his favorite muffins today and had his daily lemon slices . He got to make a movie with objects from his room.Which I will post on here shortly .❤️
