Day 3 of Sound Bath Training 🤍

Today, everything begins to come together.

We moved into relationship with the instruments — practicing with the bowls and integrating all that has been learned so far.

This is the moment where students begin to step into the role of facilitator — holding space, guiding others, and offering their own sound bath experience.

From learning… into embodiment.

Tomorrow, we complete the training with final practice and a special event open to the public.

Day 2 of Sound Bath Training 🤍

Today was all about cultivating a deeper relationship — with ourselves and with the instruments we work with.

We explored music theory and how intentional pairings of sound can create powerful, cohesive experiences. Each tone, each layer, each instrument… working in harmony.

This work is both art and presence.

Tomorrow we continue — diving deeper into bowls, handheld practitioner bowls, rattles, gongs, and more. ✨
