This was my first hike since my accident 7 weeks ago in which I experienced a very hard fall affecting the left side of my body, especially my knee.

The first thing I checked was my hands! 🙌 And I felt so grateful that they were spared. Despite walking with a limp, I was able to continue seeing my clients uninterrupted.

Everyday I spoke to my knee: “ You are healing.” ❤️‍🩹 And support from my healer friends.

Everyday my knee felt stronger than the day before. 🙏

I had a dream last night that I was hiding in a very small shack while ICE was outside trying to open the door. I had no windows to escape from.

What a poignant vision this Thanksgiving Day.
