By using our sense of smell we can begin to reprogram our subconscious. We can being to remove the limiting beliefs that are holding us back from creating the life of our dreams. I create my intention sprays with essential oils that have been known to activate different parts of our brains and bring forth memories and desires. Since the subconscious doesn't know what is real or imagined, by surrounding ourselves with a particular smell, the subconscious believes it to be true. It is ruled by feeling, not logic. For example, my Love intention spray contains essential oils that are known for their softness and ability to evoke feelings of romance and love. By using this spray on a daily basis, along with an affirmation of love the subconscious begins to believe these affirmations because the smells triggers that memory/feeling. Once we energetically set ourselves up for love, we open the door for it to come in. The part of our brain that repeats our limiting beliefs gets starved of energy and loses it control of our life. We are powerful creators and once we tap into that we become limitless.

If you feel rage, grief, exhaustion, or moments of wanting to give up, there is nothing wrong with you.
And at the same time, as empaths and spiritual seekers, we know this is not the moment to let the chaos consume us.
