🌟 Setting the Space
• Ground yourself: Stand with feet about shoulder-width apart, arms relaxed at your sides.
• Calm your mind: Take a few slow breaths. Some people like to close their eyes to feel their body’s movement better.
• Set intention: Silently (or out loud) ask your body/spirit to show you clear, truthful answers.

🌀 Establishing Your “Yes” and “No”
1. Stand tall and centered.
2. Ask: “Show me YES.”
• Many people feel a gentle sway forward (but yours may differ).
3. Return to center. Ask: “Show me NO.”
• Many feel a sway backward (others may sway sideways).
